Berry Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator for client based in Belfast, on a full-time permanent basis. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Salary: £23,500 per year
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am-5pm). Office based. After 6 month's probation, opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and shared mailboxes, delivering prompt and efficient customer service.
Process contract proposals, renewals, and acceptances using our systems.
Coordinate with field teams on daily activities and job statuses.
Communicate with customers and stakeholders to address delays, issues, or queries effectively.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist customers with billing inquiries.
Maintain and update customer records on our electronic systems and spreadsheets.
Provide general administrative support to the department and field staff as needed. Requirements:
Good educational background with GCSEs in Maths and English.
Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and adhere to company standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Benefits:
