Job Description
Join a multi-site veterinary team, comprising practices in various locations. Our client is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their established and friendly practices. With over 10,000 clients, they offer a diverse and stimulating caseload, fostering an environment perfect for continuous learning and development.
As a Veterinary Surgeon with them, you'll have the opportunity to work across all their practices, evenly splitting your time or focusing on a preferred location. You'll join a team of dedicated professionals, including 8 veterinary surgeons, 9 qualified nurses, and various support staff.
Their aim is to provide exceptional care to their clients and their pets while offering you partnership/ownership opportunities and a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting consultations and surgeries
• Participating in team meetings and case discussions
• Providing mentorship to junior staff
• Maintaining high standards of patient care and client communication
Requirements:
• Open to both new graduates and experienced veterinarians
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
• Respectful attitude towards patients and colleagues
Benefits:

• Salary up to £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with partnership/ownership opportunities
• 36-hour work week with 1 in 4 weekends
