Role Overview: Your main responsibility will be to oversee the service engineering department, ensuring the highest level of technical expertise and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in developing and implementing service strategies, managing a team of service engineers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the service engineering operations, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to the teams.
Develop and implement service strategies to optimise efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of service activities with other departments, including sales, engineering, and operations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing their technical needs and concerns.
Oversee the planning and execution of service projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on service engineering and management.
Proven track record of leadership and team management, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
