Our client is recuiting for an experienced electrical controls engineer to join their expanding team.
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
• Become the company’s technical expert for all electrical and control issues
• Involved in leading and supporting projects with customers
• Work closely with customers troubleshooting existing issues
• Specifying PLCs, software and related technology for out-of-date equipment
• Oversee transition from analogue to digital technology
• Develop a new package of control solutions for extrusion machines
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
• Strong experience of control systems and electrical wiring
• Worked in a manufacturing environment previously
• Have PLC experience ( Siemens & Allen Bradleys)
• Have excellent technical customer service experience
• Will be happy to work on customer sites around the UK and international (as required)
• Be looking to progress their career to form a fundimental part of the leadership team.
Working basic 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Basic salary + company vehicle, fully expensed credit card and other exceptional benefits
