Job Duties:
Plan and deliver engaging and exciting Modern Foreign Language (MFL) lessons to secondary level students
Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment, offering support and guidance to students
Promote language proficiency and cultural understanding among students
Utilise strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management techniques
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the MFL curriculum and teaching practises
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
Strong subject knowledge and proficient understanding of the MFL national curriculum
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
Experience teaching MFL at a secondary level
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to establish a positive and inclusive working environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional language qualifications or certifications
Experience teaching in a multicultural or diverse school environment
