You will have
To be successful as Quantity Surveyor, we are looking for an experienced, quantity surveyor with a healthy mix of the following:
Ideally, candidates will be MRICS qualified or equivalent
Experienced in providing a full spectrum of PQS services
Strong client-facing ability and communication skills
A good track record in Consultancy on QS/Cost control
Experience procuring sub-contractors for major projects
Good IT skills and ability to use measurement software
Team player – enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
