About Us:

ABC Teachers are currently seeking a committed and nurturing Teaching Assistant to work within a local SEND school, providing personalised assistance to students in small group and 1:1 settings.

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will engage with students across various age groups who have moderate learning difficulties and additional needs such as speech and language difficulties. Your role will involve fostering a supportive learning environment and providing individualised support to help each student thrive.
This position is full-time and ongoing, starting in May.

Requirements:

The successful Teaching Assistant will:

Have previous experience working within an SEND setting, catering to various needs.
Demonstrate adaptability and reliability in supporting students' learning journeys.
Possess a genuine passion for helping children succeed and thrive academically and emotionally.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Be able to provide suitable references, possess a valid DBS Check, and hold the Right to Work in the UK.
