Our new client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Duties:
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market shifts
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Qualified to A level or equivalent
In return, our client offers an excellent basic salary, bonus of approx £15K per annum ( there is no upper limit), health care, company events, free parking, modern working environment and much more
