As a Program and Project Manager, your main role is to oversee various improvement projects within the supply chain operations. You'll manage project documentation, support project managers, and ensure projects adhere to standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage project documentation and reporting systems, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
2. Provide guidance and support to project managers in project governance and systems.
3. Coordinate status reports for stakeholders and steering groups, identify risks and issues, and address resource bottlenecks early.
4. Conduct project management office activities, including planning, monitoring, reporting, and communication.
5. Lead smaller sub-projects and provide facilitation support in workshops and meetings.
