Qualifications:
Prior experience in recruiting, preferably in healthcare or domiciliary care.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for helping others and a deep understanding of the unique demands of domiciliary care.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
