Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading food manufacturing company in their search for a Continuous Improvement Manager to work in their leading facility in Telford.
For the successful Continuous Improvement Manager our client is offering;
Competitive salary of up to £46,000 per annum D.O.E
4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts rotating days and nights, 05:55 - 18:05/17:55 - 06:05
Permanent role
33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

As a Continuous Improvement Manager your responsibilities will be to:
Operational management and control for efficient running of automated process lines/areas.
Work alongside other departments (quality, planning etc) to co-ordinate effective running of overall plant.
Manage/motivate a team of process operators to work effectively.
Identify areas of improvement with existing manufacturing processes and implement improvement programmes.
Thoroughly analyse and report on processes, methods, schedules, downtime, waste management etc and implement improvement processes where required.
Develop and maintain lines layout to ensure safe productive workflow.
What our client is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager:
TPM/Lean manufacturing knowledge
In depth knowledge of manufacturing processes in a highly automated lean manufacturing environment.
Experience within a similar industry (food & drink, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, aerospace, tier 1 automotive etc)
Excellent data analysis skills.
Extremely driven individual
Team leadership experience.
Extensive experience in successful application of Lean, 6 Sigma, Kaizen etc - ESSENTIAL
Key skills or similar job titles;
Continuous improvement manager, continuous improvement lead, process improvement lead, process improvement manager
