About Our Client
Our client is a leading player in their specified industry known for their emphasis on high-quality products and exceptional customer service, this ambitious organisation would like to add a technically minded accountant to their ranks.
Job Description
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare statutory accounts for all legal entities.
• Collaborate with the FP&A Team.
• Work with auditors and tax consultants for the group.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data.
• Implement and maintain financial reporting systems and processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
The Successful Applicant
• Big 4 trained qualified ACA, ACCA accountant.
• Extensive knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP and SOX.
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative and meet deadlines.
