Join Our Team as a SIMS Administrator in Islington
Tradewind is currently seeking a skilled administrator with a solid background in SIMS to join an amazing team at a Secondary School situated in Islington. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity with a September start. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the department with daily administrative tasks, with a focus on SIMS.
We are seeking an individual with exceptional organizational skills, along with a high level of proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT. Substantial experience in using the SIMS package is required, along with the ability to efficiently juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
The ability to work independently and effectively communicate with staff, students, and parents are key skills we're looking for.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of staff and student information within SIMS and diligently addressing any missing registers among the staff. You'll also be expected to provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and colleagues while seamlessly integrating within our team.
You may also be called upon to cover reception duties during staff absences and lunch breaks.
To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
• Possess a high-level degree.
• Be available for full-time employment.
• MUST-have SIMS experience.
• Hold an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
• Provide a comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of your employment history and possess the legal right to work in the UK.
