We are currently recruiting for a Sales Co-Ordinator role on behalf of our client Lichfield. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in the company's sales order processing operations.
• Annual salary of £25,000.
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Free on-site parking.
• 12-month contract (potential to be extended).
The Role:
As a Sales Co-Ordinator, your responsibilities will include:
• Acting as the first point of contact for customers on queries relating to pricing, product availability and some technical issues.
• Undertaking sales order processing activities, including responding to customer queries and inputting sales orders on to the SAP processing system.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, including buyers, specifiers and sales staff.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Sales Co-Ordinator role should have:
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Motivation to deliver for customers and a drive to achieve targets.
The Package:
The Sales Co-Ordinator role comes with an annual salary of £25,000.
