Key Responsibilities
Utilize innovative teaching methods to engage students in the wonders of science.
Plan and deliver inspiring lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum and departmental initiatives.
Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive.
Essential Criteria
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge in science disciplines.
Experience teaching science at the secondary level.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A commitment to upholding safeguarding and child protection policies.
Desirable Criteria
Experience teaching science at GCSE and A-Level.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel in science.
Relevant postgraduate qualifications in science education.
