Excellent role on offer for a mechanically biased Shift Engineer, looking to work in a well established, growing company, working on specialised, with overtime opportunities and excellent product specific training.
Do you have experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance maintenance? Are you looking to develop your skills and grow within a company?
This company are well-established, multi-national company, with manufacturing locations across the world. They are leaders within a niche field, and pride themselves on fantastic customer service thanks to their superior engineering, product specific knowledge.
You will be responsible for efficiency of the engineering operations during each shift, including overseeing the machines, plant and equipment. Therefore, you will also be contributing to preventative maintenance, installs and development of equipment.
The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical experience with relevant NVQ/ Qualifications. You will have experience with parts such as valves, pumps, motors, gearboxes, you will be familiar with PLC controlled systems and have a good understanding of hydraulic equipment.

The Person: p>
• Mechanical and Electrical knowledge with relevant qualifications li>
• Good knowledge of hydraulics li>
• Some experience with PLCs li>
• Familiarity with pumps, valves, motors, gearboxes etc li> ul>
