Key Responsibilities:

 •  Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
 •  Present menus and take orders from guests.
 •  Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
 •  Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
 •  Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.
 •  Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
 •  Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
 •  Upsell menu items and promote special offers or events.

Requirements
 •  Previous experience as a Waiter in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
 •  Excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus.
 •  Strong customer service and communication skills.
 •  Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
 •  Ability to work effectively in a team.
 •  Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
 •  Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
 •  Fluency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
 •  Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
