Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with experience in shaping and developing a team? Then join our expanding Business Architecture and Analysis team. As our Senior Business Analyst, you’ll really need to know your stuff, which means you’ll have:
Proven experience in business process mapping and system workflow design.
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
Experience in improving what ‘good’ looks like in a business.
Proven experience in analysing data to draw businessrelevant conclusions and in data visualisation techniques and tools.
An understanding the software development lifecycle and impacts.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and Software Architecture.
Experience in a fastpaced SME environment.
The skills and knowledge you need to make an impact are:
Leadership and stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma, Agile and MoSCoW methodologies.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Comfortable with proactively problem solving, treating every challenge as an opportunity.
Ability to produce & consume technical documentation.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong relationship building skills, internally and externally.
