Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join us the team and provide compassionate, person-centred care to vulnerable individuals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of those under their care.
The role is Agency based and flexible - as and when services are required.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Create and maintain care plans tailored to individual needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with household tasks and meal preparation
• Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
Requirements:
• Experience in home care or care home settings is preferred at least 1 year
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Up to date certificates
• DBS
• Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
• A valid driver's license is a plus for assisting with transportation needs
