Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

CE Solutions are currently looking for a Product Developer to work with one of our well-established and very successful clients in FMCG sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant team focused on creating innovative food products for major retailers and customers.
Principal Responsibilities for the Product Developer:
• Support the NPD Manager in the day-to-day operations of the NPD team.
• Collaborate with chefs to develop new food products, ensuring compliance with nutritional and customer policies.
• Manage administrative tasks related to the gated NPD process and assist with feasibility meetings.
• Serve as a key part of the customer-facing team, providing communication and support.
• Assist in the trialling and launching of new products to ensure successful scale-up in the factory.
• Weekly travel to customer sites as needed
Person Specification:
• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Strong IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and internal systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customer-facing experience, ideally with major retailers.
• Knowledge of nutrition and the ability to calculate nutritional information.
• A passion for food and a proven track record of product launches and strategic growth.
