Role:

This exciting opportunity involves a mix of PA support to our MD and senior team, HR support, general office management, coordinating the social committee, financial support, client team administrative support and assisting with the smooth running of meetings and events.
The role will involve being privy to sensitive information, so commitment to confidentiality will be required at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

 •  Assist the MD and senior team with day-to-day issues and scheduling of team and client meetings plus taking of minutes when required
 •  Support in various agency initiatives and projects
 •  Liaise with senior staff and an external PR professional body to organise the internal /external training schedule
 •  Maintain centralised holiday planner
 •  Organise travel and accommodation for all teams wherever required
 •  Liaise closely with IT department on all office IT needs
 •  Maintain stock levels for office stationery and groceries
 •  Responsible for Health and Safety compliance including being a fire warden & first point of for first aid (training available)
 •  Support social committee in organising programme of social events and activities throughout year
 •  Support the senior team and MD in reviewing and managing business operating costs
 •  Manage subscription/membership budget
 •  Administrative support for our client teams

About you:

You’ll be able to demonstrate an impressive track record of managing the day-to-day responsibilities of a busy office. Furthermore, you’ll possess the following attributes;
 •  Impeccable communications skills
 •  A proactive, can-do attitude, with a high level of flexibility
 •  Extremely organised with the ability to follow through on all set tasks
 •  Sound judgement with ability to interpret, analyse and disseminate complex, sensitive information
 •  Numerate and able to manage budgets
 •  Good knowledge an application of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
