About the role:
As Nursery Room Leader, you will be at the heart of our nursery, leading by example and contributing to the growth and development of our young children.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Inspiring Excellence: Enable an environment where each child flourishes, ensuring their individual needs are met and their progress celebrated.
• Guiding a Team: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of dedicated people, nurturing their talents and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
• EYFS: You’ll get to collaborate with colleagues to design engaging and innovative activities for our young children
• Networking: Interact with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement in their child's educational journey.
What we're looking for in you:
• A creative thinker with the ability to design and implement captivating activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Demonstrated experience in an early year’s setting, with proven leadership capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A commitment to safeguarding our children, ensuring their care and education are second to none.
• Hold a relevant childcare qualification (minimum Level 3) and a clear passion for early years education.
