We are recruiting for the new position of Senior Art Director, based from the London office, to play an essential role in the strategic development of ideas, campaigns and activations that bring our products to life and elevate our brand. A highly collaborative role, within a global creative team, you will be responsible for concepting, presenting and executing a high volume of world-class creative across media — web, advertising, print, events and more.
What you’ll do:
• Inspire and embrace challenges and new ways of thinking.
• Collaborate with the various teams within Lingo to complete projects on-time, within budget, meeting technical requirements and business goals.
• Create print, digital and video creative that reflects the brand guidelines while considering stakeholder feedback and requirements.
• Actively participate in internal reviews of creative projects.
• Craft innovative creative that drives the adoption of Lingo across brand and marketing touchpoints, including advertising, web, email, events, performance marketing and social media.
• Meticulously refine all deliverables to ensure the highest standards are met across all content.
What you’ll need:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Combined agency and in-house experience as an art director, design director or relevant role. Familiarity with the healthtech industry is a plus.
• A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high calibre art direction, design excellence, and a proven track record in the development of successful, market-moving creative ideas.
• Fearlessly creative and relentlessly attentive to detail
• Highly collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, comfortable working with autonomy within a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creative innovation, elevated design, emerging technologies and trends.
• Strong understanding of tech, ability to work with creatives, marketers and engineers alike.
• Demonstrated expertise in design, photography, video, and illustration as well as typography, layout, colour and various print and digital production techniques.
• Advanced expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and program management tools.
