Team Manager (Older Adults Team) - Band 7

Full time, permanent role

Do you want to join a new and innovative team providing care and treatment for older adults with non organic mental health difficulties?

In this role you will be working as a senior mental health professional managing a multi-disciplinary team to provide community focussed mental health assessment and interventions to a defined caseload of service users. The Older Adult Mental Health Team will be a specialist multi-disciplinary team working with service users with severe and enduring mental disorders whose circumstances are often complex and challenging.
You’ll also offer professional and clinical leadership to the staff group, ensuring a high-quality efficient service is offered to our service users

You will work collaboratively with the Secondary Care Mental Health Community Team Leaders, Social Care Senior Practitioners, and other clinical leads to embed and maintain high quality clinical standards and evaluate programmes of care. You will work closely with primary care, the voluntary sector and experts by experience.
