The Company

This organisation work with some well-known clients in luxury auto, technology, healthcare and lifestyle sectors and offers both venue sourcing and event management services. They deliver a wide range of events including roadshows, conferences, awards evenings and sales meetings and work predominately within the UK with some projects being international, delivering both small and large scale events reaching numbers of up to 1,000pax.

The Role

As the team continues to grow, this agency are now looking for a Event Venue Sourcing Administrator to support across a variety of venue find projects on a dedicated account. Responsibilities include:

 •  Providing direct support to a dedicated Account Manager
 •  Producing agendas for site visits
 •  Brainstorming venue solutions with the wider team
 •  Preparing written proposals
 •  Negotiating with external suppliers
 •  Working across internal systems
 •  Processing finances including raising POs and creating invoices
 •  Supporting with general administrative duties across the board

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for the events industry and are keen to develop their career within the sector in an agency environment. Proven administrative experience is required as is strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
Candidates who have recently graduated from an events based degree will be considered providing they are able to show some experience relating to the role.
