Due to the nature of this role, we can only accept applications from male applicants.

Requirements:

Ideally you'll have or be willing to work towards obtaining your SVQ-3 in Health & Social Care
Previous experience of working with a range of individuals with a Learning Disability / Autism Spectrum / Complex Needs
Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills
Be expected to work weekends, shift patterns and sleepovers if required.

About the Role:

The Complex Needs Practitioner (Level 2) is a key role within the service, where you would be providing skilled direct support, as well as assisting the Senior Support Workers to ensure that all support provided is of the highest quality. This will include communicating accurately and efficiently how the support plans are being delivered, assisting with the monitoring and evaluation of the individual support plans.

We support individuals with a variety of different needs such as physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse and autism.
