Salary from £52,000 - £73,000 OTE
Permanent Full Time
We are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager for one of our clients in the Ayrshire area. Part of a leading group, this care home has achieved excellent ratings and offers great progression and development opportunities for the right candidate.
Ideal candidates should have; * Proactive, analytical, and creative leadership skills
• Previous experience working as a Home Manager, within an elderly care setting
• Qualified as a registered nurse previously
• Ability to maintain and develop strong relationships with patients families, healthcare agencies and other relevant organisations
