Your new role
Working within a dedicated Product Compliance and Quality function, you will collaborate with stakeholders in R&D, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure relevant compliance and legislation in all relevant territories is understood and maintained.
This will include classification, labelling, and packaging of mild chemical products, maintenance of the Restricted Substance List (RSL), and adherence to REACH, PCN, BPR and related standards.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be proven in a similar function, be familiar with relevant international standards, and enjoy being a subject-matter expert that your business can rely on. You will be comfortable managing technical data (eg Safety Data Sheets, Technical Product files) and staying up to date with changes that happen in all relevant sales territories, using this knowledge to advise the business when bringing new products to market.
Experience within a business that ships chemicals / blended fluid products, or other regulated products internationally is an advantage. You will be naturally detail focussed, and enjoy researching to fill in any knowledge gaps. You will also be a confident communicator, able to advise department heads, and present information in a concise and impactful way, to support your decisions and recommendations.
