The Role:

Responsibilities:

Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities/activities
Introduce Financial Services to both new and existing clients
Take responsibility for own sales metrics
Acquire and maintain knowledge of products and achieve product licenses within agreed timeframes
Administer client instructions to meet compliance standards including processing and dispatch of documentation within required timeframes and quality standards
Deal with insurance claims within authority levels and in accordance with claims standards
Develop and sustain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, both internally and externally
