Purovets are working with an independent, well-known and popular single-site, hospital-size practice based in Staffordshire. Established in 2009, the clinic houses nine experienced Vets who pride themselves on being passionate about animals, and they are supported by an excellent team of 19 nurses and a team of receptionists led by the practice manager.
They are busy practice with a varied caseload, making this a very exciting opportunity.
The practice is modern, purpose-built and well-equipped with a new digital X-ray system, two ultrasounds, endoscope, ECG, blood pressure monitoring, class 4 laser, eye tonometry and in-house laboratory services along with 6 purpose-built hospital wards as well as being a nurse training centre.
This is a part-time role and they are happy to be fully flexible and discuss what schedule works best for you. Their full-time 4-day weekly rota offers great work/ life balance, with no OOHs and only 1 in 3 Saturdays from 9am to 4pm. This role would be perfect for a down-to-earth and realistic veterinary surgeon who is looking to join a friendly team and shares their ethos of excellent patient care.
You will be working in Stoke-on-Trent, a city known for its industrial heritage and as a hub of creativity and innovation. The city has been undergoing efforts to diversify its economy and promote cultural and creative industries, leading to new opportunities for residents and visitors.
Stoke-on-Trent is well-connected by road and rail, making it accessible to major cities like Manchester and Birmingham.
