As a Mental Health Support Worker with us, you'll have the opportunity to provide invaluable support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. From assisting with personal care to medication support and engaging clients in fulfilling activities, your role will be diverse and meaningful.

Your day-to-day tasks would include:
• Supporting Individuals in their own homes with personal care – including activities like washing, dressing, and assisting with personal hygiene.
• Emotional support.
• Medication support and more complex interventions, based on your training level.
• Motivating and supporting people in various activities to get the most out of their day.
• General domestic tasks, including - shopping; housekeeping, cleaning etc.
• Meal preparation – supporting nutritional needs.
Requirements to carry out the role as a First Choice Carer:
• Full driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential for this position.
• Right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are not currently offering sponsorship opportunities.
• Effective communication skills both verbally and written.
What we offer:
• Pay rate: £14.75 to £17.25 per hour (Four weekly pay).
• £0.30 per mile
• Enhanced Bank Holiday pay
• Free DBS check
• Full or part time hours available, with flexibility of shifts that suit your lifestyle: Shift times: 7am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm.
• Fully paid training provided on induction and throughout your career with us. Even if you are new to working in Care, we will support you every step of the way. Our training programme, including E-learning and shadowing, will help you become an excellent Care Worker.
