Responsibilities within your new role as Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Deputise for the Manager in their absence.
• Aid in the training and development of new team members.
• Supervise staff and address any service-related issues promptly and effectively.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for the hospitality industry, showcasing a proven history of advancing and maintaining longevity in restaurant management positions. They should be ambitious, driven, and committed to personal and professional growth within this sector.
Previous experience in restaurant management is a fundamental requirement for this role.
