Join us on this mission as a Product Safety Engineer in our fantastic Product Safety Department.
This is an exciting opportunity that will give you a chance to Promote proactive Safety Management and improve the safety culture at Martin-Baker. You will play an important role in the continual improvement of the Safety Management System at Martin-Baker and ensuring safety objectives are achieved with respect to just culture, safety risk management, safety assurance and safety promotion.
You will be supporting activities required in identifying and assessing issues and potential hazards which may affect product safety to ensure in-service products remain safe.
We are developing and delivering a product that is the last line of defence for pilots. The engineering you’ll be delivering to customers is world leading, and it saves lives. We want to learn from you. You’ll help us listen to customers; you’ll help them understand how they can best deploy our product, and you’ll be an expert voice who represents our business.

Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering or Science.

• Ability to build working relationships and promote safety.
• Have an eye for detail and getting things right.
• Be curious and have an interest and enthusiasm for engineering.
• Be a methodical problem solver.
• Committed to the highest standards.
• Share and demonstrate the Martin-Baker Values.
