Communication Excellence:
Handle communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service in a professional and approachable manner.
Foster positive relationships through clear and transparent communication, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Event Coordination and Project Support:
Assist in the coordination of school events, meetings, and special projects to contribute to a vibrant school community.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful execution of events, promoting a sense of unity and engagement among students, parents, and staff.
Support for Special Education Needs (SEN):
Collaborate with the SEN Coordinator and teaching staff to provide essential administrative support.
Contribute to the creation of a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for students with special education needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven Experience:
Demonstrate a track record of success as a School Administrator or in a similar role within an educational setting.
SEN Familiarity:
Possess familiarity with special education needs and the SEN environment, bringing a nuanced understanding to the role.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in using office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite, to streamline administrative processes.
Communication and Organizational Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders within the school community.
