We are looking to recruit a Senior Electronics Engineer to join a market leading client near Southampton. Our client is an industry leader operating in design and manufacture of their products. Introducing new products to market in a fast turn around time, we’re looking to speak with candidates who have experience in Electronics Engineering, in particular power electronics, R&D, and design.
As a hands-on role, suitable candidates will need to be prepared to be involved in all aspects of the work required.
Job Role & Responsibilities
• Design and development of products through to prototyping
• Verification and validation of products
• Support new product developments
• Design using Altium
• Manufacturing line support
• Creation and maintenance of project documentation
Experience & Background
• Experience in a similar role is required
• Hands on electronics engineering experience
• DC/DC and DC/AC experience
• High and low frequency
• Experience with analog circuit design
• Solid understanding of switch mode power supplies
• Able to develop and read schematics
• Schematic design using Altium
• Be a self starter and innovative person
• Degree educated and time served experience
