Your new company
• A specialist FM provider, with an industry-leading reputation.
Your new role
• Working Monday – Friday, across a mobile contract covering a portfolio of retail sites.
• 1 in 5 call out - £135 standby.
• Vehicle included - with personal use.
• Carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance to a range of Commercial Gas appliances.
• Carry out Fault Finding and Rectification to a range of Commercial Gas appliances.
• To deliver planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial and Domestic gas and related equipment
What you'll need to succeed
• Must be qualified with up-to-date commercial gas certifications including CCN1, CODNC01, COCN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1.
• The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or project work within construction, within a region.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
