Sales and Marketing Administrator
We are currently partnering with an innovative Engineering Design and Manufacturing business in the Poole area. Our client is successful in a niche market within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. They are technically versatile and can offer a variety of clients across multiple disciplines a quality, specialist high-end product.
As a Sales and Marketing Administrator, you will be part of a well-established and strong-performing team -providing a consistently high level of customer service.
In this varied and exciting role, you will be a client relationship manager for the company, managing enquiries, creating quotations, and providing support to the marketing team where required.
Key responsibilities as Sales and Marketing Administrator
Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, liaising with customers professionally.
Arranging and organising the Sales and Marketing in-boxes, distributing the workload across the team
Undertake preparation of customer quotations and processing of customer orders via the ERP system
Be involved with advertising, social media activities, and marketing.
Supporting the Sales and Marketing Team with any ad-hoc administrative support
Experience as Sales and Marketing Administrator
Be able to demonstrate sound Sales and Marketing knowledge.
Capable of building genuine lasting relationships
Sensitive and tactful in approach
Good general numeracy and literacy – with a C and above in GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
1 year’s experience in a Business-to-Business Sales, customer service, or similar role
1 year’s experience in a marketing administration or junior exec-style position
Ideally you will have had experience using an ERP and CRM system
