Job Description
• Manage and coordinate the company's fleet to ensure optimum efficiency
• Liaise with drivers for dispatch and return of vehicles
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Handle the scheduling of vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Monitor and manage fuel consumption and costs
• Resolve any logistical issues that may arise
• Assist in the training of new drivers
• Work collaboratively with other departments to meet company objectives
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Fleet Coordinator' should have:
• A qualification in Logistics or a related field
• Experience in managing a fleet in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills for liaising with drivers and other departments
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• A Salary between £27,000 and £34,000 per annum
