Your new role:
• Provide technical support for the development, implementation and administration of new products
• Attend customer meetings and represent the company from a technical perspective at architecture, security and operational customer boards.
• Interface with multiple areas of technology and multiple departments to support in implementation of new solutions and products
• Recommend and influence operational elements of supporting new products and services
• Aid in the implementation of new processes and procedures to support newly released products and solutions
• Provide technical assistance and support to the pre-sales / sales teams
What you’ll need to succeed:
• Knowledge and Experience of Wide Area and Local Area Networking (WAN/LAN)
• Knowledge and experience of access technologies, including Wi-Fi
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, experience and good knowledge of MPLS protocols and operation
• Experience supporting delivery of complex project-based work
