You’ll be a permanent member of our team, holding the role of Supervisor, supporting the Store Manager while also studying towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Building relationships. As the face of Toolstation, you’ll create brilliant customer relationships.
Motivating. Supporting your team and creating a positive culture to make your store a fantastic place to work.

You’ll also take the lead on: Sales and service. Growing commercial sales through repeat customers and brand loyalty.

Stock and process. Making sure our customers can always find the products they’re looking for, so they come back to us time and time again.

What you'll bring

Hard work and passion. You don’t need any retail experience. You just need to be over 18, with a passion for people gained as a supervisor or team leader.
Energy and curiosity. A desire to learn fast and work hard. We'll teach you the rest.
