Job Title: Chef de Partie

Job Type: Temporary (Event Day)
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team for a special event day at Twickenham Stadium, one of the most iconic venues in the country. Role will include
• Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
• Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role
• Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Great time management skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of best and latest cooking practices
Chef De Partie Requirements
• Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role
• Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Great time management skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of best and latest cooking practices
Uniform standards
• Must have your own Whites,Knives, and Safety boots
