Position 1: SEN Support Staff
Requirements:
• Proven experience in SEN support roles in a UK educational setting.
• An up-to-date DBS check registered on the update service.
• Full-time availability.
• Commitment to working during term time only.
Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN.
• Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for students with SEN.
Position 2: SEN Teacher
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specialisation in SEN.
• Previous teaching experience in a UK SEN setting.
• An up-to-date DBS check registered on the update service.
• Full-time availability.
• Commitment to working during term time only.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN.
• Develop and implement differentiated teaching strategies.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and other teachers to create a cohesive learning environment.
• Regularly assess and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
