• One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.
Your new role – Fabric Engineer
• General Fabric duties, Painting, Decorating, fire door maintenance, carpentry, building services across minor mechanical, minor electrical and fabric duties
• Assisting site with day to day Planned / Reactive Maintenance requirements.
• Static site
• There are times where you will work unsupervised and therefore must be able to prioritise work tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
• Building fabric competence with NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications
• Appropriate experience approx. 2 years
