Junior Clinical Nurse Specialist | The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust

Following successful promotion the opportunity has arisen for an junior Uro-Oncology Nurse, at Band 6, to join us to provide support, patient education and advice to patients with a wide variety of Urology cancers, from diagnosis, through treatment and follow-up.

This part time role, will be based in Sutton and focussing on patients with Uro-Oncological cancers following oncological pathways. The post holder will be providing nursing support and advice for patients, wards and colleagues. The post holder will have commitments to providing care in both the Private and NHS settings.

 •  The successful post holder should have experience at in the field of Uro-Oncology cancers as well as a urology or oncology qualification.
 •  The successful post holder will have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional manner, be able to prioritise and organise their workload and work under pressure.
 •  You will be expected to work autonomously in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
