Service Advisor, Location: Falkirk

"Have you got at least 1 year experience within a dealership working in the service department?"
"Are you looking to start a fresh within a new and supportive team?"
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
• Listen to customer concerns and address them promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate and detailed information about services and products
• Upsell additional services or products to customers when appropriate
• Schedule appointments and manage service orders
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs or maintenance
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Skills:
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
• Cash handling experience, including processing payments and providing accurate change
• Upselling skills to promote additional services or products to customers
• Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain vehicle repairs or maintenance
• Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments, service orders, and customer records
