Are you a nurturing and dedicated Nursery Practitioner seeking an exciting opportunity in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire? Aspire People is currently recruiting qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our team and contribute to the holistic development and well-being of children in nursery settings.

Key Responsibilities:
 •  Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
 •  Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that promotes children's learning, development, and well-being.
 •  Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that support children's individual interests, strengths, and needs.
 •  Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote effective communication and collaboration.
 •  Maintain accurate records of children's progress, observations, and assessments to support their learning journey.

Requirements:
 •  Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
 •  Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in a childcare setting.
 •  Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
 •  Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
 •  A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
