Role Overview:
As a Quantity Surveyor, reporting to the Senior QS, you will be a vital part of the team overseeing window and roof replacements, External Wall Insulation (EWI), and concrete repairs for a prominent housing association. Your responsibilities will include understanding profit and loss, undertaking precise measurements, and preparing / assisting comprehensive Cost Value Reports (CVRs) on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Senior QS to ensure project financial success and adherence to budgets.
• Undertake accurate measurements and prepare monthly Cost Value Reports (CVRs).
• Be site-based, coordinating with project teams to optimize cost efficiency.
• Contribute to our commitment to environmental sustainability by adhering to our 2025 targets of Zero Waste, Zero Carbon, and Positive Nature Enhancement.
