About You
You will be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC Pin.
You will have had previous Care Home Management experience with a track record of success with the CQC.
You may be a hungry Deputy, with good tenures, ready to put your name above a door.
An NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management would be preferred.If you want to take your management career to the next level, with a home and team, ready to work to 'Outstanding' or fancy joining a group that is in a period of growth, with the portfolio set to grow, this would be an ideal opportunity.
