Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
 •  Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe development
 •  Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and proper food safety procedures
 •  Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to established standards
 •  Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
 •  Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new dishes and seasonal menus
 •  Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
 •  Adhere to all health and safety regulations
 •  Assist in the hiring and training of new kitchen staff
 •  Oversee food production during service hours

Qualifications:
