We are looking for a Lunchtime Supervisor to work within a supportive school located in Kilburn.
The role
We are seeking a reliable and attentive Lunchtime Supervisor. The primary responsibility of the Lunchtime Supervisor is to ensure the safety and well-being of students during lunchtime activities. This role involves overseeing students in the dining hall and playground areas, promoting positive behaviour, and facilitating a safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience.
The ideal candidate
1.
Supervision: Monitor students during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
2.
Promote Positive Behaviour: Encourage students to exhibit good manners, positive social interactions, and respect for others during lunchtime activities.
3.
Assist with Dining Procedures: Help students with mealtime routines, including serving food, cleaning up spills, and ensuring tables are tidy.
4.
Facilitate Playtime: Oversee students during outdoor playtime, ensuring they engage in safe and appropriate activities.
5.
Respond to Incidents: Address any behavioural issues or conflicts that arise during lunchtime, using appropriate disciplinary measures as necessary and reporting incidents to school administration.
6.
Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies or accidents promptly, following school protocols and ensuring students' safety is prioritized.
7.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a positive and supportive school environment.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 11:00am - 14:00pm
